Infographic-y
Infographics and visually interesting displays of information are like my own personal catnip; I go batshit for them. Here’s a few I’ve created over the years both for client projects and my own personal enjoyment.
Moonshot Speaker Series
As part of a partnership with Inc. Magazine, Team One hosts a monthly speaker series called Moonshot to uncover the factors behind successful company launches. To promote the event for John Tabis, founder and CEO of Venice-based startup Bouqs Co., we went to the flower district in LA, bought a shit ton of samples and a self-shot our own promotional series that speaks to the often uncomfortable effect he's having on the competition.
Green Team
I volunteered to be part of the team responsible for making Merkley a greener place. We succeeded. Despite the drafting and printing of these posters which we pasted up in contextually relevant places all around the office.
Someone had to check Alanis’s facts.
And I’m just the sicko to do it.
Visual Audits
A nod to Homeland Security's retired threat advisory system.
Guess The Animal 2.0
My son could play the “Guess The Animal” game where — you guessed it — one person thinks of an animal and the other person tries to name it for an infinite amount of time. To mix things up and keep his little brain thinking, I made these funky little vectors mutants, which he ended up wanting to print and hang in his room.
DSC & Me
DSC had mostly been using headlines on their weekly posts to remind people to change their blades. In doing a little side project for them, I brought forward a series of graphics as well.
